Development Opportunities
Land for development is abundant and relatively inexpensive. The City has 137.6 acres designated in a JOBZ zone and has other property with freeway frontage. The City can provide tax increment, tax abatement, industrial revenue bonds and local low interest gap loans for developments that meet our economic development goals.
