Hinckley Quality of Life

Hinckley offers small town living with larger city amenities rarely found in other communities its size.  This includes a 6 screen first run cinema, choices of dining from 6 fast foods to fine dining at 5 top restaurants, an 18 hole championship golf course, over 750 motel rooms and convention facities that will accomodate large numbers of attendees.  

The Casino provides a regular opportunity to hear world famous entertainers in concert at either its ourtdoor amphitheater or at the convention facitity. 

Backyard recreation opportunities include camping, fishing, hunting, biking & cross country skiing.  The Willard Munger State Bike/Snowmobile Trail starts in Hinckley and is paved 70 miles to Duluth. Over 400 miles of snowmobile trails can be accessed from Hinckley. The RV park will accomodate 300 units with full services.

The Hinckley Finlayson School District High School and Hinckley Elementry School is located in Hinckley.  Pine Technical College is 13 miles away in Pine City. The University of Minnesota Duluth Campus is located just over an hour away on interstate 35.  

Downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul are also just over a hour away on interstate 35 allowing an easy trip to a major leaguesporting event or to a night at the symphony.  A public airport with a 2800 foot runway is located 2 miles from downtown and less than one mile from the casino.
